Please enter the number of each type and size of shirt you would like. All shirts are $15 each, which includes shipping. We only keep a small number of each size in stock, but we’ll do our best to get orders to you as soon as possible. Some orders may take a few weeks. When you select “Purchase” at the bottom of the form, you will be directed to a Paypal page. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at rocktype1diabetes@gmail.com. We hope to see you at future events!
